Francisco Santos Barroca since a boy was in love with animals. Now he is a certified breeder and he spent last 40 years working exclusively with several guard breeds. As soon as he met the Boerboel, he immediately fell in love with the history of this breed and with its character, behavior and beauty, thus starting the breeding of these magnificent dogs in Portugal for over 15 years.

With over 40 years of experience, Francisco Barroca is a dog lover and a certified breeder of the boerboel breed. He already had a Boerboel dog named Ruka which became champion in Portugal (SABBS). In 2014, he acquired two adult females of South African origin, with whom he started breeding.
